Dog, cat and human urine odour & stain removal treatment
1. Remove as much of the urine as possible with a paper towel or absorbent wipe.
2. Apply Pee Off undiluted and saturate the surface at the source of the odour or stain.
3. Allow the product to dwell on the surface. Leave, do not rinse off.
Urinal maintenance (Spray method)
1. Spray Pee Off liberally onto the urinals and surrounding surfaces including tile, grout, stainless and painted surfaces.
2. Leave to dry, or wipe off excess liquid with a cloth.
Waterless urinal initial deep clean treatment & maintenance
1. Turn the water off to the urinal.
2. Apply Pee Off undiluted to the whole urinal and drain area via a spray bottle.
3. Scrub the entire urinal with a white scourer pad to remove uric acid, hard water buildup and reduce the population of malodour causing germs.
4. Rinse with cold water using a watering can.
5. Spray Pee Off liberally onto the urinals and surrounding surfaces including tile, grout, stainless and painted surfaces.
6. Place Gee Wizz blocks or Aussie Pearl or Pee On It urinal screens into the urinal. One per single trough. In multi troughs place one block every 50cm-60cm. Replace blocks when 80% dissolved.
7. Jobs done! Now the water savings begin and any smells will go away. Repeat the deep clean treatment at least once a week.
Floor cleaning and maintenance (mopping method)
1. Dilute at 4:1 which is 4 parts water to 1 part Pee Off (200ml Pee Off / litre of water). For maintenance mopping and cleaning of floors, dilute at 20:1 which is 20 parts water to 1 part Pee Off (50ml Pee Off / litre of water).
2. Immerse the mop into the bucket. Soak. Give the mop a light wring.
3. Apply generously to the surface and leave. No need to rinse or dry.
Handy tips
• To get the best out of Pee Off, don’t rinse it. Let the bacteria eat the bacteria :)
• Urinals, toilet bowls and urine-affected areas are best treated late at night or when they are least active.
• Pee Off must make physical contact with the source of the odour for it to work and be given time to work.
• If odours continue, follow-up treatments may be required to get on top of the problem.
• For really dirty areas, pre-cleaning will assist in the treatment's effectiveness. For pre-cleaning, do not use any sanitisers, disinfectants, antimicrobial, chlorine or peroxide-based products unless all residue is completely removed.
• Treatment is safe on wool and synthetic carpet. It is not suitable for stain-resistant nylon fibres.
• Store the product with the lid tightly closed. In a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Test first to ensure the product and the method will not affect surfaces.
• Do not dilute with hot water. Dilute with water under 40°C.
• Only go for a waterless urinal system unless you really have to for water restriction/shortage reasons. Even with a waterless urinal, they still require a minimum once-a-day flushing with a watering can, bucket or hose.

Yes. Not only is it septic safe but it is really beneficial to your septic system.
I have a seriously bad urine smell in my toilet area. What do I do?
1. Give your toilet area a good shock treatment with Bravo, Wonder Gel, or Pee Off. Apply, scrub, leave, scrub, rinse. Make sure you get into the grout lines and in, around, behind, inside, outside and underneath the toilet bowl and lid. If your toilet seat lid is old, smelly and/or discoloured, remove it for cleaning and consider replacing it as they are well known for harbouring odour in the pores of the plastic.
2. Apply and leave Pee Off. Do not rinse off.
3. Do step 2 again after a few days if odours persist.
