Put 40g of Trap Mate straight down the drain or sink leading to your grease trap followed by 1 litre of water. Room temperature water is best straight from the tap, do not use hot water. For optimum results you can split your monthly dose into 4 and do it weekly (10g/week).

So you have a new system installed and you're ready to put your waste down it.
