Every facility should use both. Here's why...
There are areas that will always only use disinfectants because they are high-risk crital environments (eg. operating theatres). This following section does not apply to these crital areas. But what about for everywhere else?
Here's one way to think about it... when you're sick, a doctor may prescribe antibiotics.
