Drain Relief is ready-to-use. Do not dilute.
Drain treatment
- Pour 200ml of Drain Relief into the drain twice weekly until the problem is gone.
- Leave, do not rinse off.
Grease trap treatment
- Pour Drain Relief into the grease trap. For large restaurants, use 500ml daily. For small to medium-sized restaurants, use 300ml daily. Add approximately 50ml per 100L of tank capacity.
- Leave, do not rinse off.
Handy tips
- Drains are best treated late at night or when they are least active.
- Drain Relief must make physical contact with the source of the odour for it to work and be given at least 24-48 hours to work.
- If odours continue, follow-up treatments may be required to get on top of the problem.
- Do not mix with any other cleaning solutions. The treatment's effectiveness may diminish or be eliminated.
- Store the product with the lid tightly closed. In a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Test first to ensure the product and the method will not affect surfaces.
- Do not dilute with hot water. Dilute with water under 40°C.
Is Drain Relief pet-friendly?
Yes. When used as directed, it is safe around pets and humans.
Is Drain Relief septic-safe?
Yes. Not only is it septic-safe, it's really beneficial to your septic system. As a septic system treatment for foul odours, pour 1L of Drain Relief per 2000L tank capacity for the initial treatment, and 500ml per 2000L tank capacity for maintenance.
How much Drain Relief do I use in a drain?
