Germs, you will be mist.
Fog It® is XO2's single-use, full-release disinfectant fogger for sanitising surfaces and eliminating odours in enclosed rooms. One 175g can releases a super fine dry fog of germ destroying genius that sanitises up to 120m³ like magic.
Why You'll Love It
- Kills 99.9% of bacteria - a good fit for a disease prevention program or an infection control action plan.
- Reaches everywhere - the super fine dry fog travels into crevices, cracks and hidey holes.
- Covers up to 120m³ - about 7m x 7m x 2.4m from a single can.
- Easy - shut down the area, activate the can and leave. No labour or elbow grease needed.
- Deals with odours - it's effective on pet, smoke and other unpleasant smells.
- Gentle on fabrics - the fog is dry and safe on curtains and fabrics when used as directed.
- Where hygiene is a priority, Fog It helps you create healthier spaces where people can learn, play, work and heal.
- Create a healthier environment. Flu season ready.
- Fog It kills 99.9% of germs and is ideal for improving hygiene or treating affected areas as part of an infection control action plan.
- Australian-made and owned.
Good To Know
- Use caution around plastics, because the can contains ingredients that may react with certain plastics.
- Fog It can't be turned off once activated, so close the door and leave at once.
- For areas larger than 120m³, you’ll need more than one can.
- Not for use on non-porous surfaces including glass, polished porcelain, glazed ceramic, plastic, latex, rubber, vinyl, acrylic, metal, sealed leather, sealed concrete and grout, finished wood and similar surfaces. If you must use it on these, test first. The can contains ingredients that may react with certain plastics, and its Quaternary Ammonium Compound solution can leave a residue on shiny surfaces.
- It only works where enough fog reaches a surface, it doesn't replace good cleaning, and a second treatment may sometimes be needed.

How to use Fog It®
- Remove all children, adults and animals from the area. Ensure any exposed food is stored in sealed containers and put away in a refrigerator or cupboard.
- Close doors and windows. Turn off fans, air conditioners, power points and electrical devices. Eliminate all ignition sources such as pilot lights, candles etc.
- Place the can on a raised surface. Place a piece of paper under the can to protect the area directly underneath. Cover an area of 50cm x 50cm with the can positioned in the centre.
- Ensure your face is not in the direction of the aerosol fog. Push the button down firmly and click on. The fogger will then automatically empty itself. It can not be turned off.
- Close the door and leave the area at once. For best results, leave the treated space undisturbed for a minimum of one hour. The longer you let the treatment work the more effective it will be.
- After treatment allow to ventilate for at least 30 minutes.
Coverage
- A single can of Fog It® covers a maximum of 120m³ in ideal conditions.
- Depending on variables such as room layout, furniture, obstacles, amount of surface area, humidity, temperature and airflow, a single can may cover less than this maximum area.
- For larger areas and areas with less ideal conditions, you will need to set up multiple cans. Spread cans out evenly in the relevant areas to ensure complete coverage and effectiveness.
Handy tips
- This can contains ingredients that may react with certain plastics. Use caution when applying this product around plastics.
- Fog It® is not designed to replace good cleaning and hygiene practices. The sanitising effect always works better on cleaner surfaces.
- Fog It® only works where the sufficient fog comes in contact with surfaces.
- In some circumstances a second treatment may be required.
Car detailing tips
- Position the can as low as possible and free of any obstructions. The can releases a dry fog vertically at pressure so you don’t want to block it.
- Fog It® contains Quaternary Ammonium Compound solution which is the base disinfectant of most high-performance hospital-grade disinfectants. This can leave a residue on shiny surfaces. So make sure you do the Fog It treatment after your vacuum but before your internal detail. Make sure you protect the surface under and around the surface as when the can starts to konk out, it goes from a dry fog to a spit and splutter.
- Run the air conditioning system during the Fog It treatment to deal with any germs and odours in the lines.
